Family Reunion

We had a great time at the annual Robbins reunion although it was very
cold and rainy! We love going to Aunt Karen's beautiful property up
Nephi Canyon. The kids love it there and have so much fun with cousins.

Toothless Wonder!

Porter lost his first baby tooth last night! It's definitely a bitter sweet moment for me as mom. This means my baby is growing up and soon he'll lose that precious smile with all his straight baby teeth :) His permanant tooth was coming up behind the baby tooth so he has been working on getting that baby tooth to wiggle for a few weeks now. Last night Ellerie talked him into letting her "pull" it out with dental floss. We didn't know a thing about it until they came running downstairs to show us. Porter was pretty proud!

Chicken Little

Thursday I came outside to find Porter strolling around the driveway with the stroller. I asked him what he was doing and he qickly turned the stroller around and this is what I saw...Him and giving a chicken a ride in the stroller. He then proceeded to climb into the stroller with the chicken and said "Mom, take a picture of us".

Updates!

It's been a crazy few weeks and I have not posted in a while. Here are some updates and photos of fun things we've been up to the past few weeks :)

First....look how big the chicks have grown! Yikes! Soon they'll be running the roost...

The boys loved being in the Draper Temple Celebration! It was so neat to finally see the end results of our 8 weeks of practice and hard work. Our Stake was the "Dugouts"--early settlers of Draper that actually lived in dugouts made from mud. Here are the boys and some ward friends all made up for the big night!

Kaden and Garrett both received scouting merit badges and advancements...

We've been very busy! Kaden finished up 8th grade and is busy already with a summer P.E. class and Alta Football Camp! He'll have a super hard schedule this fall and opted to take the summer P.E. so that he can have another elective this fall. Hopefully all his hard work will pay off. Garrett and Ellerie are still in school for another month. It's so difficult to keep them focused when all the other kids are out! Porter is counting the summer days until he starts Kindergarten!
