Porter's Thanksgiving Play

So excited, Porter came home one day with a full script of their classroom, Thanksgiving Play.
He was selected to be the "Head Pilgrim"--which entailed learning 14 lines. He was nervous about learning them all but I was amazed at how quickly he picked them up and memorized them with ease! He was darling in the play. He must have also been practicing at school each day because on the day of the performance, he was full of expression and hand gestures to emphasize the important parts! (so funny)
He was addament about wearing his "church clothes" because the white shirt would "look good with his pilgrim collar and his black dress pants would be perfect"...I loved that he was so anxious to be a part of this. He did a wonderful job and we love that we video taped it so we can enjoy it for years to come!
Good job Porter!

Halloween Trunk or Treat!

GLO-STICK GIRL
Ellie, Hailee & Ninja Porter

Cupcake Walk

Halloween was celebrated on Saturday with the ward Trunk or Treat
and carnival. It was very fun for the kiddos!
You can't get the full effect of Ellie's GLO-STICK GIRL costume in any of these photos but
it turned out very fun!
Chad and the big boys were gone to a Scout campout so they missed all the fun.
