Ellerie's "Egg-stra" Special 10th Birthday!

Here's the invite we did for Ellerie's
friend birthday party!

Family Party

We did Ellerie's Family B-day party on Saturday. Chad was flying out to Dallas on Sunday and wouldn't be home until late Monday night. Ellerie wanted Dad home to celebrate so she opened presents Saturday with Gramma and Grandpa Smith and our family. We then enjoyed her choice of birthday cake- Fruit Pizza :) YUM
She wanted to do a family activity and picked the dollar movies. We went to see Alvin and the Chipmunks, the Squeakquel. It was a fun day.
I can't believe Ellerie is 10! She told me that she was definitely a "TWEEN" now because she's in the double digits. Oh boy! Fun, fun!
Some of her gifts were: money, clothes, rollerblades, a new soccer ball, more clothes, dance revolution, and DS games.
We sure love you Ellerie! Thanks for being such a great girl. We're so lucky to have you in our family

Ellerie Rae

Ellerie turns 10 today! Monday, March 22nd. She was dressed up (just a tiny bit) for Hawaiian Spirit Day at school. We recently cut her hair to her shoulders. It turned out so cute. She loves it and I think it fits her personality so much more.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELLE-BELLE!

Kaden N' Aidan

First off, no, Kaden doesn't wear these glasses for real. He's being goofy! But this cute baby, Aidan, is one of Kaden's favorites. He sometimes babysits the older brother and sister. We were so lucky to watch the 3 of them on Sunday night so Kaden really wanted his picture taken with Baby Aidan. So cute! but lose the glasses...you look like you stepped right outta the 50's!

BOW-mania!

I recently went a little C-R-A-Z-Y makin' bows for my SIL who is about to have her first girl!
It was so much fun for me. I just went a little bonkers because I was having so much fun. I learned a few new techniques from the bows I use to make for Ellerie when she was a wee babe. I absolutely love the flowers and I think my favorite are the nylon head bands that I made out of women's knee highs. So, so cute! Ellerie was just dying. She wanted some for herself--flower clips that is so we made her some up too. They went so fast that I just kept going with any and every color combination I could think of. So fun!

Even more bows!

Cricut Addict!

I think I've created a monster! ha ha Ellerie just loves using my cricut machine. She insisted she do her last book report on The Hundred Dresses book- using the cricut. She did most of the work herself. I've been teaching her how to use the cricut and she LOVESSSS it! The book report had to be done in comic style. Great job Elle!

p.s. that is a great book- I read it for our recent Stake R.S. Meeting. It was such a great story.
